The Heart Mechanic invites you to experience the restoration that creates transformation through neurochemistry and the body’s biology of the present to future – reality and power with connection of community through individual or group sessions. When we change our actions and thoughts we are altering the brain’s structure a process called neuroplasticity. The brain is adaptable and can be re-wired to create and build new neurons ( cells) in a process known as neurogenesis. Our thoughts shape our biological state and mind allowing us to reprogram the chemistry, hormones – emotions and various other networks fostering the healing and repairing the heart & mind with a holistic approach. About The Heart Mechanic
My name is Renee I wanted to share a little bit about myself and hopefully you can unite and relate to me. With over a decade of experience in the healing arts I have dedicated my life to coaching and helping individuals navigate their emotional and heart landscapes especially during their toughest – painful moments and occurrences. I have had the privilege of guiding people from rock bottom a few close to death helping them rediscover their true selves and worth rebuilding to transformation of their lives to overcome and survive.Through my own trials all my life of not getting treated fairly ( discrimination) DIS respect- bullying – emotional turmoil- sickness- heartache I found solace in love- faith- trust and prayer in the grace of GOD with his strength that saved my life and helped me overcome the past and exterminate the victim I was for many years . This experience gave me the resilience to rise again conquer to self belief that we are deserving and worthy cultivating a positive mindset for perseverance and change. Life is not always easy and we all face hurtful difficult times and events as it is a part of the human experience. We can build strength- learn – grow -and heal through it and from it.
As a bereavement specialist and state-certified hospice volunteer I have spent years talking and holding the hands of many people offering care, comfort and healing during their final moments. I’ve been there hour after hour despite exhaustion— no food or sleep— until the very end of their lives journey. I’ve watched many take their final breath often with only one tear slowly rolling down their cheek as some of them had no family or friends to be with them (a truly heart-wrenching experience). This has been one of the most rewarding and humbling gifts I have received with the courage, strength, and a superpower I never knew I had. God has called and blessed me with this miraculous experience .
Since the age of 15 I have worked hard my whole life and have been independent on my own and faced several obstacles-battles – struggles and hardships fighting the fight during the bad thunderstorms getting struck by lighting many times yet getting back Up as I had no other choice. I prayed and trusted that with God by anybody’s side WE CAN overcome anything and prevail. As an ordained minister I bring a sense of spiritual depth and compassion to my practice where participants feel cared for – heard – valued and empowered. WE SHALL NEVER LET ANYBODY EVER TAKE OUR SPIRIT -CONTROL OUR VALUE OR PURPOSE AWAY OF ONE’S CORE – SOUL AND IDENTITY OF OURSELF AND WORTH .
